Asia, Mina, and Ami are adventurous young girls trying to find a lucrative way to support their spending and travel. On their journeys in South America, they meet a man who exploits people just like these three naive girls. Now caught in a room due to suspicion of carrying contrband, the girls fervently discuss what to say and what not to say if interrogated.

Doctor Tampa strolls in, introducing himself. “We didn’t do anything, so you can just let us go,” says Mina. “That’s not why one of the K-9 units were barking at y’all,” he replies. They continue to profess that they are innocent. Ami mentions that it might have been because of her period, with Asia and Mina in agreement. 

Mina adds that they like to share each other's panties while the doctor stands there, in disbelief of how bad their excuses are. “We don’t even know what congratband is,” Mina says with a smile on her face because she knows it’s bullshit.

Doctor Tampa then lets Mina down from the ceiling restraint. She found it unnecessary to have been restrained like that, especially since she was the only one it had happened to! “Well, we just wanted to make sure there wasn’t a terrible amount of movement before we came in here...” “Why was it just me?!,” Mina exclaims. “Because we don’t have three of those,” the doctor replies. 

He informs them that additional screening will be taking place, which involves them taking off their clothes and being searched. They all proceed to protest against removing their clothing. “How can we with our handcuffs?” Ami asks, prompting the doctor to walk over to demonstrate. 

He then walks over to Asia to figure out how to remove her dress, but she tries to stop him. She tells him that what she is wearing is VERY expensive, but the doctor could care less about her dress.

The doctor chains Mina back up to the ceiling restraint but changes his mind because he doesn’t want to hurt “those precious little hands.” He walks over to Asia and throws her onto the examination table, finding it easier to remove her clothing there. 

Now that Asia is somewhat undressed, the doctor spots something white poking out of her vagina. She aggressively says, “It’s a tampon!” They all exclaim their disgust that he would be willing to remove Asia’s tampon forcibly. “Are you a pervert?” Mina asks. “Do I need to answer that?” he replies. 

The doctor begins with the removal of whatever might be inside Asia.

She screams as he removes the object from inside her to reveal a small latex ball. She continues to scream in pain as he searches her. From this search, he finds out there are two more inside her. “Get out of my fucking pussy!” Asia screams as he finally removes his fingers. 

“Listen, doctor. We can pay you in cash what you would make in a month,” Ami pleads, knowing that they have been caught and are royally screwed. Ami continues to try to convince Doctor Tampa not to search her and Mina next. He doesn’t even entertain her bribery and throw Mina on the other examination table. As the doctor begins to take off Mina’s clothes, she threatens him with legal action...like he hasn’t been sued before!

Mina asks to use the bathroom. “Nope, why? So you can put the balloons that are probably inside of you in the toilet and flush it?” Doctor Tampa replies. Growing tired of their constant bullshit, he pulls off Mina’s panties and smacks her ass when she decides to struggle, causing her to whimper. 

They continually bicker at him as he spreads Mina’s legs, putting them into the stirrups before strapping her in place. “You’re fucking stuffed...” the doctor says in an excited tone. In his manual search of her, he finds five bags.

Fresh out of tables to strap the third suspect down, Doctor Tampa decides to perform his manual search of Ami while she is standing up. “Oh, look! They’re just dropping out of her. Why don’t you squat and cough?” he says as one pops out. 

She assumes the position, half-naked, humiliated, and afraid, before the doctor makes her cough, pushing out six bags. Ami continues to push and cough, with two more bags popping out.

In total, the doctor retrieves an amazing nine bags from her! “So, where did y’all get this from?” he asks. “Target!" Asia proclaims. Sarcastically Mina says, “We got it from your mom.” Insulted by their comments, the doctor walks over, slapping Mina on her thigh, causing her to scream in pain.

Again, Doctor Tampa asks them where they received the packages from. “Blake didn’t send you?” he asks. All of them immediately deny ever knowing a Blake. He then reveals to them that Blake was the one that sent them there. “You dumb bitches, you work for me. You were delivering this to me today. This was just a test,” he says. They react in disbelief. 

Doctor Tampa then helps them release their restraints. “This is how we test who we can trust and who we can't,” he says. “We should be getting paid extra for this shiza,” Ami exclaims. Doctor Tampa informs them that another flight is scheduled so they can bring back more. 

He points to the table full of packages and says the amount they brought was bullshit, then quickly praises Ami for the large amount she brought. He storms out of the room, saying he can hear the K-9 unit barking, which must mean that he has others to see.

“Oh my gosh, I don’t know if this is even worth it,” says Mina, and the others agree. 

Asia and Mina stand around impatiently as Ami continues trying to find the last package inside of her. Ami jumps upon the examination table to see if she has an easier time that way. “It’s so tense,” Ami says. Asia jokingly tells her maybe she should rub her clit to help, then Mina and Asia laugh. 

Ami continues to have trouble finding the last balloon, so the other girls decide to join in on the removal. They fumble around the room, trying to find things that they can use to assist Ami. 

Ami tries to “slowly, but surely” fish it out herself but fails. She decides to head to the other exam table, thinking that the higher stirrups will help. Unsuccessful again, Ami jumps down from the table and crouches over. The other two decide to entertain themselves playfully to pass their boredom. 

They start snapping on gloves, asking if their friend needs help retrieving the lost baggie. “I think that, honestly, I’m just going to stand up for a little bit and see if it goes down, or if there is even one in there,” she says. They all begin counting their bags to see if any of them have any missing balloons. 

After they finish counting, they determine Ami probably doesn’t have anything left inside of her, but if she does, she says she will keep it as compensation for their troubles of today.
