It's been a few days since Sophia Valentina has heard from her friend Phoenix Rose. Concerned for her friend, she pays a visit to her home to do a welfare check. Knocking on the door, she gets no response, so she uses the key her friend gave her to enter her home. 

There is no sign of Phoenix or foul play, but a flier is sitting on her countertop. Picking up the brochure, she reads it aloud, wondering if there is where Phoenix may have gone. Volunteering to save the critters sounds like Phoenix, but not calling her best friend for days is highly unusual. 

Sophia tells her friend she is on the phone with to call her back. She dials the number on the flier, and a lady picks up. Sophia tells her she was given a flier and wants to inquire about it, so the lady on the other end tells her to come into the office for an appointment. Satisfied she will soon have some answers, she leaves Phoenix’s home for her appointment. 

Sophia arrives at the facility and is put into an exam room upon completing her paperwork. The receptionist informs Doctor Tampa his next patient doesn’t speak English. However, that is no accident, as the doctor prefers his guinea pigs can only communicate with him when he so desires. He puts his microphone on and has his translator at her station, ready to interpret what he says, feeding it back in Spanish through headphones that the patient wears.

Doctor Tampa enters the exam room, greeting his new prospective guinea pig, immediately noticing she doesn’t seem to speak English. He put the headphones over her head, asking if she heard the translator. She says yes, and he asks what she is there for. Producing the flier she found in Phoenix’s home, she hands it to the doctors. He asks her if she wants to volunteer, to which she replies, “Si”.

Handing her a stack of paperwork (and releases) to sign, Sophia asks if it's available in Spanish. The doctor informs her they are not, but she still fills it out, signing the various pages as the doctor prepares for her examination. She hands the clipboard back to him, and upon inspection, he has her initial every page as well. Once she finishes signing everything and consenting to all of the treatment and experiments the doctor deems necessary, he begins asking her questions. He explains that they have to perform a complete physical before they can accept her body donation.

Sophia is a little taken aback when the doctor tells her to remove her clothing...everything...and put it in the bin on the other side of the room. Reluctantly she complies, wondering if this is really where her friend went.

Now completely naked, the doctor has her sit back down on the exam table while he snaps on a pair of latex gloves. He begins Sophia’s examination by taking her B. pressure while listening to her heart and lungs with his stethoscope.

Doctor Tampa continues to listen to Sophia's heart and lungs while she wonders what will happen to her and whether she will ever find Phoenix! The doctor has her stand up and walks her over to the scale, getting her height and weight. Having her sit back down on the exam chair, he performs a quick E.N.T. exam.

Pushing her legs into the stirrups, the doctor puts the table back, confusing and concerning Sophia as to what's going to happen next. He puts the headphones back onto her, explaining he will examine her breasts. He thoroughly and forcefully kneed’s and moves around her breasts before moving on to an abdominal examination. Sophia barely flinches as the doctor gropes her. All she cares about is finding her friend. 

Snapping on a pair of gloves, she jumps as the doctor touches her pubic mound, explaining he will conduct a pelvic exam. Starting with a bimanual exam, the doctor thoroughly explores all areas inside of her vagina, leaving no wall untouched. 

Once he has finished studying her with his fingers, he grabs a speculum so he can open up her vagina and take a few samples to send off to the lab. He explains what he is about to do to his patient, and reluctantly she agrees, laying there waiting for the inevitable.

She makes a face as the doctor penetrates her with the cold steel object, opening it up nice and wide, shining the exam lamp inside of her.

Much to Sophia's relief, Doctor Tampa finishes taking his samples before withdrawing the speculum. But before he even explains what he's doing next, the doctor inserts a vaginal thermometer, asking Sophia to hold it...while he prepares the rectal thermometer! 

The only warning she has is the cold sensation of lube right before the doctor puts the thermometer in her anus, making her eyes widen as she screams out, “Puta”. Once both have beeped, he withdraws them, lowering the table back down to a sitting position. 

Explaining what will happen next, the doctor tells her they are going down to the shower facility so she can get cleaned up so he can begin the tests and experiments planned. He explains to her she will wash up and clean everything before excusing himself and allowing her the last bit of privacy she will have for a while.
