Phase 4: Preparing Citizens For Their New Life Under The Government (Continued)

Before Michelle can be taken into the medical research ward she has been selected for, she must be cleaned inside and out. She is taken down to the delousing shower stall, where she is sprayed with a chemical that burns as it cleans her.

Michelle is made to douche herself to clean herself out internally before showering off the cleaning agents. Once she is finished, her journey through camp continues as she is taken into the medical research wing, which will be her new home for now.

Phase 5: Sterilize Potential Dissident Citizens To Control Breeding

The two assistants lead a cuffed Michelle into a surgical suite as the doctor follows. They stand Michelle in front of the surgical table. She doesn't want to get onto the table, so the doctor pushes her back while the assistants move to her side. They all work together to secure Michelle's spread eagle to the table with restraints. 

They hook her up to a patient monitor before the nurse helps the doctor put on a pair of surgical gloves. The new government wants to control its citizen's ability to breed, as they may breed new citizens of discontent. So all prisoners must undergo a reversible sterilization procedure until they prove they are loyal to the new government.

Michelle is sterilized like the rest of the prisoners. Much to her horror, she watches the procedure as it's streamed to a TV right next to the operating table. The two assistants stand by her side, watching the doctor work and ensuring the subject doesn't struggle too much.
