This movie is Doctor Tampa’s creative interpretation of “Conspiracy Theories” surrounding F.E.M.A. Camps all over the United States. Maybe they were built for good; maybe they were built for evil...only time will tell!

Michelle had always heard her daddy speaking about crazy conspiracy theories growing up. Grand conspiracies about the "New World Order" had always been his biggest conspiracy. A new post had him talking crazy about how the NWO planned to detain political dissidents in FEMA camps after declaring martial law. He had taken to discussing this new conspiracy with other believers on one of his online forums.

Michelle didn't believe in his conspiracy theories. But that didn't stop his rants on what would happen to her and the family once martial law was declared. They would be rounded up, sent to FEMA camps, re-educated, or worse. Michelle had always thought her dad was crazy but was beginning to see how deep the rabbit hole really went.

He told her people had already been put onto a list. The people on the red list are the ones the government wants to do away with the most. Those who seek to maintain the Constitution, Bill of Rights, and the freedoms they granted all. Those on the blue list would be re-educated as they were only followers of those on the red list but not considered a significant threat. Those on the yellow list the government didn't deem a risk but would still have to be re-educated in the new ways of their new governance.

Where did he come up with this stuff? Michelle would often ponder how he could buy into such nonsense. He would go on about the government rounding up people and putting them into camps, eliminating those who are threats to the government. They would punishment those they think have information, use healthy citizens for human experimentation, and require others to do hard labor. They would brainwash them into being subservient citizens who live to serve the state. 

To Michelle, this sounded like something out of some WW2 German Playbook. She thought it was something that could never happen in America. What kind of monsters could treat their fellow human beings in that way? 

Well, unfortunately for Michelle, her daddy was right, and she was going to find this out firsthand. With the current president facing re-election, the political lines have never been drawn more clearly. With his polling numbers dropping fast, the president has become concerned he may lose the election. Fearful that losing the election could result in him being prosecuted for crimes committed while in office, he looks for a plan to maintain power.

One night after sending out a few tweets, he lays in bed, searching the internet for ideas that will allow him to hold onto his position of power. He stumbles across the same forum Michelle's dad frequents, full of conspiracy theory information. Finding the thread about the government using FEMA camps to intern political prisoners to cleanse the country of opposition to the NWO, he begins to craft a plan. Martial law and a proper cleansing of those who opposed his power could be the best plan he's hatched yet!

As his poll numbers continue to drop, with the backing of his most trusted staff members, the president moves forward with his plan to maintain power. Law enforcement's deployed all over the country in the middle of the night, rounding up those on the "Red List". Once they have completed rounding up the "Red List," he declares martial law, rounding up everybody on the "Blue List". 

PHASE 1: Round-Up All Citizens On The Red and Blue Lists

Phase 1 includes Michelle and her family. In the middle of the night, there's a knock at the door. Identifying themselves as police, Michelle opens the door only to be rushed by masked men. The men go room by room, zip-tying the hands of all the occupants before dragging them outside as they try to resist.

The whole family is loaded onto a bus that's following law enforcement house to house, picking up all of those being rounded up from the blue list. Once the bus is full, it drives to a local school that has been set up as a transportation hub. Ironically this is the high school that Michele attended. She used to run and play on these fields that had been cordoned off with tall fences. They're now functioning as holding pens to separate the various ages and genders of those coming off the steady stream of buses. As her bus pulls in, Michelle can see rail cars lined up on the train tracks that sit behind the school. She doesn't want to admit it, but it looks like all of her daddy's crazy conspiracy theories were right!

Phase 2: Sorting and Shipping Citizens

One by one, as they get off the bus, masked men direct them where to go based on their age and gender.  Michelle's parents go off one way while she and her sisters are separated into one of the other holding pens. Her daddy is sent to a men's camp, while her mother is sent to a woman's camp. Michelle and her sisters are sent to a female youth camp.

The sisters watch in horror from their holding pen as everyone in their parent's pens is loaded onto awaiting rail cars. Those who don't go willingly are taxed and beaten to gain compliance by the guards who show no mercy. It's painfully obvious they love their newfound position of power over their powerless fellow citizens. 

Those caged in the various youth pens are viewed as more malleable and willing to accept the new government. They always have to witness the parents being loaded first to put on a big show of what will happen if the youths don't comply. They don't know it, but this first lesson is just the beginning of their re-education!

Before long, it has become Michelle and her sister's turn to board the train. After seeing how the adults were treated, nobody in Michelle's holding pen puts up resistance to the guards. One by one, they form an orderly line as instructed. As they wait to board, the guards stand there, their piercing eyes looking each girl up and down, inspecting the newest arrivals. As Michelle gets closer to boarding, she notices the guard at the front of the line is pulling girls aside at random. As she gets up to the front of the line, Michelle can't see the guard's face, just his eyes, looking her up and down. Suddenly he grabs Michelle by the arm, pulling her to the side like he had done to others before her.

Another guard walked up, grabbing her other arm, directing her into a smaller pen where she had seen other girls taken when pulled aside. Michelle wasn't sure whether she should be relieved or even more fearful of what was to come. Taking in her new surroundings, she looks around this newer, smaller pen of girls. Michelle notices her sisters are not in this new pen with her before realizing that all of the girls in this pen are attractive. She can't help but wonder what this means. Will they be subject to some sort of special treatment? 

As her mind wanders, the masked men instruct the girls to line up as a bus pulls up to the other side of the pen. One by one, the line moves forward as the girls load onto the bus. Even though they all remain silent from their shock and disbelief, the guards tell the bus full of girls to stay quiet and not talk to each other. With the bus now full, it pulls away. They drive for what seems like forever, especially in complete silence, before pulling up to a very scary-looking facility surrounded by high fences, barbed wire and guards.

Once the bus comes to a stop, the girls are ordered to stand up and file out of the bus one at a time. They are made to form a line before being marched into a massive building, finding themselves being led down a long corridor full of doors. One by one, they are stopped, the guard opens the door, and one girl is pushed inside. The march continues to the next door, where the guard repeats the process until all 56 girls have been put into a room.

Phase 3: Procession of Citizens

At first, Michelle can't see what's in the room because it's so bright, but as her eyes adjust, she walks forward. It appears that she's been put into some kind of cell. There's a toilet in the corner, along with a large mirror on the floor. Stepping forward, she can see through the bars of the cell, frightened by the ominous medical setting before her. Unfortunately, she has nowhere to go as she waits to find out what fate lies ahead of her.

After what seems like an eternity, someone walks into the room. It appears to be a doctor, but she can't see the doctor's face. He has two assistants with him, and Michelle cannot see any of their faces.

They drag Michelle from the cell before cuffing her to the gurney. The assistants then begin stripping Michelle of her clothing before the doctor begins to examine her.
