Once down, the doctor informs her she will do a series of exercises while she wears a heart rate monitor and while he observes her movements and form. Upon completing the jumping jacks, squats, push-ups, and running in place, the doctor takes a few measurements of her body before declaring they have finished for the day.

He pulls back the curtain in the middle of the room, exposing a sizable surgical table with straps and stirrups, explaining that she will be on that table the next time she is brought in. Donna replies, saying, “If there is a next time.” How quickly she forgets she is not in charge of her body in jail, let alone in this new society!

Donna starts getting smart with the doctor once she is redressed in her orange jumpsuit. He further shows his control over her body by bending her over the exam table to switch out the restraints for handcuffs. He leads her out of the exam room, assuring her she will again see him soon.

Donna awakes on the scary surgical table, strapped down, draped, and groggy. The Colposcope is in between her legs, with the doctor's stool right in front of it. The rolling cart is to the left of the chair, and the procedure cart to the chair's right. The procedure lamp is trained on her pelvic region. The patient monitors the only thing illuminating the otherwise dark room.

Doctor Tampa walks in and turns on the lights, happy to see his patient ready for his arrival. Dressed in full surgical attire and already gloved in, the doctor checks her vital signs before removing her mask, allowing Donna to fully come to. Coming to, she can only wonder what will be taking place today. The doctor won’t tell her as he goes to work inserting the illuminated speculum inside of her. He opens Donna up, using a Colposcope to look inside of her and at her cervix. 

She continues trying to engage the doctor, but he doesn’t respond, only continuing to do his job. She continues to talk to him, and finally, the doctor replies. He asks her if she's rested well but still refuses to tell her what he is doing in between her legs.

Listening to the doctor open the sterilized packet full of instruments, Donna can only wonder what's about to happen. Since she is a handful, the doctor decides it best to help her relax for the procedure. He puts the mask back on her, having her count back from 10. She barely makes 7 before she's no longer counting! “That shut you up, didn’t it,” says the doctor, reapplying the patient monitor pads Donna had removed.

The doctor opens a package of sterilized gloves, firmly snapping them on before he begins the procedure.

Doctor Tampa continues the procedure as Donna remains groggy. Once he finishes the procedure, he removes the mask, hesitating and instead opting to play with her breasts before removing it. The doctor rubs her face as she comes to, sticking one of his gloved fingers in her mouth, playing with his patient. While Donna uses her tongue to play with his finger, he tells her not to bite as it would be a big mistake since he's the only one who can undo the procedure he just completed.

Donna asks what procedure, to which he tells her he just performed reversible sterilization using a technique he developed. “Why would you do that,” she asks, and he explains most buyers want to have sex without dealing with the consequences. If her buyer desires, it can be reversed...for a fee.

Stroking her face, the doctor says he has become quite fond of her. Donna says, “Why don’t you buy me?” and he simply responds, “Why buy you when I can try you? I get to try anyone I want.” She asks if this is because he’s the doctor, and he tells her yes. If he doesn’t want to try her himself, he will assign someone who will gladly do it! He can examine many patients each day but can only test so many of them himself. 

He enthusiastically reminds her that men run the world again, with a quick song and snap of his fingers! Wondering aloud who is in charge of this whole operation, the doctor tells her it's not one person, but men just agreeing and doing as they see is best. “So it's a free for all,” she asks? He tells her not yet, but soon enough, it will be. They’re starting with the ones who can’t help themselves, such as herself, and once they have gone through their supply of prisoners, they will make some new prisoners! 

“How are you going to do that,” she asks. They will find any reason to lock an attractive female up. Petty theft, intox in public, green, there are a thousand ways they can arrest most females. And once they are incarcerated, the families will want to see them. However, they will be told they have broken prison rules and are in solitary confinement indefinitely. They will keep going until all the attractive ones are gone. Only then it will be easy to roll out the last step of making the undesirable females cook, clean, and perform all of life’s doldrum tasks. They will also be there to serve girls like Donna. 

“Who do you think cleans the exam room between girls like you?” asks the doctor. “Not me,” replies Donna. “Exactly,” says the doctor, moving back in between her legs, removing the speculum. He explains the procedure is experimental, so it does have to be tried out before the doctor can call it a success. Donna is curious about how he will do that. The doctor explains he can either fuck her every day and cum inside of her or artificially pump her full of semen each day. Removing his gloves, the doctor tells her that he has other patients to see.

The doctor tells her to enjoy her rest while Donna asks, “Is the doctor not going to put me back under?” He says “No” as he walks out of the exam room, turning the lights off. “I’ll get out of here,” screams Donna, illuminated by the procedure light and patient monitor.
