Not knowing where her parents were taking her,  Yesenia suddenly finds herself in a medical clinic's exam room. She sits on the table, looking around, wondering what her parents are up to. Do they think Yesenia really needs to see a doctor? She only feels further betrayed by her parents.

The doctor walks in, and Yesenia is immediately hostile and screams “fuck you” to his greeting. Even though she continues to be a brat, Doctor Tampa questions her physiological state. “Don’t touch me,” she states as the doctor puts the stethoscope on her. He grows frustrated at Yesenia’s backtalk and defiance, so he handcuffs her.
