The doctor exits the room with the patient all prepped for the day’s agenda, leaving a scared and restrained specimen spread eagle on the table. She can only look around at her predicament as well as the instruments laid out before her, wondering what will become of her. 

Jennevive is frightened by the prospect of what is to come, but she doesn’t have to wait long as Doctor Tampa returns in his surgical uniform. As he continues to ready the room, moving the equipment and instrument trays into place, 221 tries to communicate with him again. 

He reminds her that he has no idea what she is saying to him as he puts on a pair of gloves, sliding his chair in between her legs.

With his patient now fully restrained and hooked up to the monitors, as well as his instrument trays set in place, Doctor Tampa don’s a pair of surgical gloves. He inserts the lighted speculum into 221’s vagina and moves the colposcope in place between her legs. Getting up to step behind the table, he presses a button and the table roars to life. It begins lifting 221’s secured body up into the air.

Doctor Tampa sits back in his chair between his specimens spread and restrained legs, snapping on a fresh pair of gloves. Adjusting the colposcope, he turns it on, staring through the eye holes at her highly magnified cervix. 

Before 221 can figure out what is happening, the doctor grabs a cervical sound off the instrument tray and begins dilating her cervix. He continues to enlarge her hidden hole with larger and larger sounds until it’s opened up wide enough he can get other instruments through her tiny passageway.

Causing the patient a lot of discomforts during this process, the doctor finally finishes the procedure and begins cleaning his patient up. He leaves the lighted speculum inside of her, still illuminated, as he begins taking vaginal measurements of his specimen. 

Beginning with her clitoris, Doctor Tampa attempts to pull back her hood, but her clit has retracted deep under her clitoral hood and does not want to be measured easily. Using suction and stimulation, the doctor tries to manipulate it out enough to get a measurement but cannot coax it out of hiding. 

After realizing it will not come out without a fight, the doctor withdraws the speculum from inside of a specimen.
