President Alberto Fujimori used government policy to sterilize the “undesirables”, poor and indigenous women, so that they would not be able to reproduce in the ’90s. Their sterilization was often done without their knowledge of what would occur. Fujimori was initially convicted and went to prison before being pardoned. His pardon was overturned in October 2018, and ordered to return to prison in January 2019.

Before long, Sheila’s wheeled over to an array of instruments, and before long, she watches as the instruments are inserted inside of her! 

The masked doctor performs some sort of surgical procedure on Sheila as she watches in horror! After the procedure is complete, Sheila is thrown back into the cell, where she continues to plead before finally drifting off.

The nurse wakes her up, and Sheila looks around, seeing she's in the same room she initially went under in. She proceeds to get dressed and tells the nurse about a strange dream she had while she was under. But the two masked strangers were just a dream...or at least that's what Sheila thinks...
