Sitting her back up on the exam table, the doctor uses a percussion hammer to check her reflexes. He announces her intake examination is complete, leading her out of the room to get x-rays so he can perform their first round of testing on the new guinea pig. 

After getting x-rays taken, the doctor returns to the exam room with Sophia, putting her onto the surgical table and strapping her arms, legs, and torso. The doctor drapes her before excusing himself, leaving Sophia alone. She lays there pondering her fate, wondering if Phoenix went through the same process she is finding herself in!

After what seems like an eternity, Doctor Tampa returns dressed head to toe in his surgical uniform. He is carrying 139’s x-rays, which he put into the x-ray viewer to study. Studying her x-rays, he comes up with the best course of action to perform the experimental procedure. Snapping on a pair of gloves, he walks over to the table, asking 139 if she is doing “Bueno”. ”Bueno,” she says, as the doctor tells the viewers, “As you can see, our specimen is rather compliant, and she is doing very well up here”. He finishes snapping each finger into place while 139 looks on before hooking her up to the patient monitoring station.

Wheeling the surgical procedure lamp into place, the doctor turns it on, casting a bright light onto Sophia's pelvic regions. The doctor pulls his procedure cart and instrument cart into place, announcing he will start with the uterine probe kit. He lifts the table up higher to give him prime access to 139’s vagina. Checking the patient monitor, he is ready to begin.

Snapping on a fresh pair of gloves, the doctor disappears under the patient's drape spread legs. He comes back out, pulling the Colposcope into place so he can dye her cervix with iodine and inspect it under the high power of the Colposcope.

Pulling the Colposcope back between her legs, Doctor Tampa studies Sophia's cervix for abnormal cells. Not finding any abnormalities, he announces he will begin with the “Experiment Uterine Probe Kit #1”, peeling the sterilization pouch open while she can only imagine what he is doing.

“Doctor, doctor,” 139 calls out. “Doctor, doctor,” she calls out again. 

Receiving no response, she continues to call for the doctor, who stops putting on his sterilized gloves and walks around the table to see what 139 wants. She attempts to ask him something in Spanish, but he doesn’t understand what she says. As he continues to put on his surgical gloves right in front of her, she speaks again, asking something about experiments on critters. “Yes, don’t experiment on critters,” he replies, snapping on the sterilized glove as she continues speaking in Spanish. 

Understanding nothing of what she is saying, he grabs her breast with his non-sterile hand, explaining that they are experimenting on her, not critters.

“Me?” she says. “Si, experiment,” he replies, fetching his other gloves and returning to her side. The doctor snaps on his other sterilized gloves as she says something in Spanish. He tells her, “You take the place of the critters is what you do, no critters,” he says, saying you and pointing at her while he finishes snapping his gloves into place. 

“You are the critter we test on, si,” he explains. “No,” she replies as he continues, “You critter...test...you...” he says, continuing to point at 139. “Si?” he says, returning to his place in between her legs. 

She continues attempting to communicate with him, but he has made it clear her place, telling the viewers he doesn’t think she quite understood what she signed up for, but she already signed all necessary consent forms. He picks up an instrument, ready to begin the procedure. While he conducts the experimental procedure on 139, she continues to try to speak and converse with the doctor, but to no avail as he cannot understand what she is saying.

Tugging against her restraints, 139 tries to see if she can get free, wondering how she ever got herself into such a position! She continues to call the doctor, but he doesn’t engage her. He just continues to do his job. Once he completes the procedure, he gets a chance to take the cervical swab, which he didn’t get earlier. 

He announces that he will be taking the samples to the lab now that he has finished the procedure. Once they have finished analyzing the samples, he will return to conduct his experimental sterilization technique on his unsuspecting victim.

Subject 139 waits restrained on the surgical table for the doctor's return with the speculum still inside of her. She studies herself in the mirror above the exam table, wondering if there is a way out of this situation as the doctor returns. 

Snapping on a pair of gloves, he continues talking to the people watching her humiliation. As he goes to put the mask on 139, she begins to ask him questions again, but he can’t understand and puts the mask on her before going over to inspect her x-rays.

Taking a seat in between her legs, the doctor removes the speculum left inside her an hour ago before attempting to insert a weighted surgical speculum for the procedure. Unable to get the special speculum to hold in place even after adjusting the table, the doctor fetches a Graves speculum.
