Doctor Tampa doesn’t miss a spot and takes pride in ensuring his patients are clean, inside and out. With his sterile gloves on, the doctor organizes his instrument in preparation to begin the procedure.

Doctor Tampa begins the procedure by dilating his guinea pig's cervix. Thankfully she has on a gas mask and doesn’t feel the cramping or the other instruments that keep sliding in and out of her as the doctor performs his experimental procedure.

Once he finishes sucking the excess fluids out of her, he goes to the head of the table and begins talking to his patient, wondering aloud if she could orgasm while she is under. The doctor dons a fresh pair of gloves before moving to the head of the table, manipulating his guinea pig's breasts, asking if it feels good. He moves his focus down to her clitoris, pulling back the hood, inspecting it as Phoenix closes her eyes, trying to look away. He continues manipulating the device inside of her while using his other hand to stimulate her breasts, all while continuing to ask her how she is feeling. 

Finally, Doctor Tampa puts the most massive sheath on the device, which barely fits inside of her tiny vagina. He resumes his position at the head of the table, manipulating the instrument and massaging her breasts. After a few minutes, he returns to his seat in between her splayed legs.
