German tourist Helena Price recently came to the United States to travel and explore. After eating some American food that disagreed with her, she felt ill. Stopping at a clinic, she figures the healthcare must be as good as it is in Germany. 

She fills out all of the necessary paperwork, and not having any immediate family still alive, leaves that area blank. Once the doctor arrives, Helena has trouble communicating with him as she doesn't speak English, and he doesn't speak German.

While examining her chart, the doctor notices a lack of emergency contacts. All he can think is this will be a perfect opportunity to make some extra money again. After starting Helena's initial examination, the doctor makes his move with a rag. He looks over his beauty before moving her over to another exam room where he can better prepare his assessment of her worth.

Once Helena comes to, it immediately hits her that she's in a terrible predicament. This psychopath doctor has taken her and chained her up before beginning to strip her down. He's even taking pictures of her with her own camera! 

She can only imagine what fate awaits her in the near future. Little does she know he is just examining her to make sure she is a fit and healthy young woman who the sex slave trader will be interested in purchasing.
