In one incident, ICE set up a college to help deport immigrants after misleading them into joining a school that wasn’t real.  This movie is about how new immigration policies lead to massive mistreatment of illegal immigrants in America. Sadly, this is actually happening, often with impunity for those terrorizing their fellow human beings.

The nurse continues to spray Sheila with the delousing agents, making her pull back her labia so she can spray EVERYWHERE. After allowing the delousing agent to sit for a minute,  the nurse turns on the water and instructs Sheila to wash herself thoroughly. 

Once Sheila Daniels has cleaned her body from head to toe, the nurse has her dry off before handing her the new wardrobe of her life. White underwear, white socks, a white t-shirt, and an orange inmate jumpsuit. 

Officer Montgomery then escorts Sheila down to a holding area, where he will stand guard by her as they wait for the doctor to arrive. At least the clinic wasn't a total ruse, as she will get the free health care she was after. It may just not be in the way that she wanted it. 

The guard puts Sheila into the cell and locks it before he shows her that he wants her to put her hands through the opening in the cell door so that he can move her handcuffs to the front. Sheila has no idea what the officers are asking of her since she doesn't speak any English. So he makes a motioning movement, showing Sheila he wants her to place her hands in the opening.

Finally, she understands what he wants, and he places the handcuffs on her front side, making her feel slightly more at ease. With her arms not in front of her, being alone in the room with the guard, Sheila wastes no time trying to seduce him. She is willing to do whatever she must; she has never been so desperate in trying to regain her freedom. As she looks around the room, all she can see is a large table that frightens her knowing that it's meant for her to be strapped down to, her legs spread wide.

Unfortunately for Sheila, the government doesn't hire the brightest officers to guard the illegal inmates, just those who are willing to obey orders no matter what. With Officer Montgomery's lack of social skills and IQ, he doesn't quite understand that Sheila wants to strike a sexual deal with the officer for her freedom. 

Finally, the doctor arrives, and Sheila continues in vain to seduce the guard. Dressed from head to toe in a medical uniform, all she can see is his eyes, which are utterly devoid of compassion. 

Not willing to remove her clothes for the strangers, the doctor ultimately has the officer and nurse pull her out of the cell. Moving her across the room, they begin strapping her down on the long table that was located on the far side of the exam room, away from her cell.

With her hands restrained, the doctor wheels Sheila into the middle of the room. He instructs the officer and nurse to begin removing her clothing. Sheila is not compliant and very unhappy with her treatment as the doctor starts his examination of her.
