In one incident, ICE set up a college to help deport immigrants after misleading them into joining a school that wasn’t real.  This movie is about how new immigration policies lead to massive mistreatment of illegal immigrants in America. Sadly, this is actually happening, often with impunity for those terrorizing their fellow human beings.

Sheila Daniels has come to a clinic providing free health care to people without insurance. But she doesn't yet know the nightmare that she just walked into. It never crossed her mind that free health care clinics could merely be a front to catch illegal immigrants! 

But how could she have known? Just like everybody who came before her, she won't be free again, and she won't be able to warn anybody else about these captive clinics! 

Thankfully, and purposefully, these facilities have staff that speaks foreign languages, Spanish in Sheila's case. Otherwise, she would be in total fear of what's going on, not being able to communicate with anybody, as she does not speak any English. Now that she has essentially turned herself in, a police officer is brought in to handcuff and detain Sheila. The nurse and officer take her down to a private stall, where they begin a thorough strip-search,  as Sheila waits to learn her fate.

As the nurse and guard continue her extensive strip search, they make Sheila squat and cough over a mirror. Much to Sheila's surprise, the nurse then instructs her to pull her labia back and apart so she can inspect it, continuing to make sure she's not concealing anything inside of her body. 

The nurse even has the guard give his own visual assessment! Upon finishing Sheila's thorough strip search, the nurse begins spraying her with a delousing agent to help make sure no bugs get a free ride, unlike all of these foreigners.

The nurse continues to spray Sheila with an unnecessary amount of delousing agent, from head to toe, including all over her face. The nurse takes a twisted pleasure in her job, having control over the body of a naked stranger.
