A woman named Channy Crossfire has been arrested and is being booked at Rikers Island jail. She has no idea that the jail requires all women to undergo a mandatory gynecological exam, despite multiple lawsuits that should have made this stop.

But the warden likes misusing his power over women. He continues to punish each female that enters through his gates by making them submit to a strip search that involves an unauthorized gynecological exam. Multiple lawsuits have been filed against Rikers for the practice, but they refuse to stop.

Doctor Nyx makes Channy strip under the fear the doctor would strip her of her clothing and dignity if she didn't comply. Once she's completely naked, the doctor makes her bend over, squat, and cough over a mirror. Channy was placed back in handcuffs before being escorted out of the cell by the female doctor assigned to her.

Channy finds her situation unfair and becomes increasingly hostile towards the doctor. The doctor leads her over to the surgical table, has her sit down, and spreads her legs in the stirrups. The doctor begins her examination, telling Channy she has to inspect her from head to toe for any illness or things like lice. Channy has never been so humiliated in her life!

Doctor Nyx throws Channy back into the cell, completely naked, once the examination is done. Channy begs for clothing but never receives any! She's just left completely naked in the holding cell!
