It’s becoming a little too personal for Phoenix now that the breast exam has started, and she wishes there was a female to do this part as the doctor slides his hands down her, moving to conduct an abdominal exam. 

Doctor Tampa finishes the abdominal exam, attempting to remove Phoenix’s skirt, but she is having none of that. Due to her inability to communicate well in English, she cannot grasp why he needs to remove her bottoms. But he insists, to the point he physically shows her what he means, peering in between her legs. Not wanting to come this far and go home empty-handed, Phoenix gets up from the table and, with much trepidation, removes her skirt, attempting to get back on the table with her panties on.

The doctor stops her right in front of the table, indicating she needs to remove her panties as well. She hesitates as the doctor gently tugs at the sides of her underwear, instructing her to remove them. She doesn’t want to but reluctantly allows him to shimmy her panties down, lifting her legs out of them one at a time. “Gracias,” says the doctor, as Phoenix stands there awkwardly, not knowing what to do now that she's completely nude. 

Sliding over an instrument tray, the doctor taps on the exam table, indicating to Phoenix to have a seat. Once he concludes his collection of samples, he produces a measuring device which he uses to take measurements of her nipples. This device is off-putting to Phoenix. When he finishes, he prepares his procedure tray for a pelvic exam, sitting back down in between her legs. 

The doctor has Phoenix spread her legs apart before excusing himself, saying he’ll be right back. But once he faces away, she instantly closes them again, covering her crotch with her hand. Looking around the room, she checks her phone, trying to escape the realization in her head that this is only the beginning.

Doctor Tampa returns, sits down, and reassures her she is OK, asking if she needs a drape. But she doesn’t understand. Phoenix just nods and agrees, wanting to get through this as quickly as possible. Snapping on a double pair of gloves as he sits in between her legs, Phoenix can do little but watch.

He pulls the magnified exam lamp back in between her legs and does a visual inspection of her labia. After a quick check, he pulls out the table’s discharge tray and a squirt bottle full of water. He squeezes the bottle, and as soon as the water hits her labia, she comes to find out that a cold office means cold water. She attempts to back up from the doctor on the exam table, but the doctor pulls Phoenix back to the end of the table and continues rinsing her before he dries her off.

Removing the soiled gloves, Doctor Tampa snaps on a fresh pair. As soon as he raises two fingers, Phoenix has a sinking feeling of what will happen next. He begins with one finger inside of her, working open her tight vagina before he moves to insert two. She closes her eyes, looking away as he tries speaking to her. Obviously uncomfortable, she’s confused about how this is related to creature testing. After what seems like an eternity, the doctor finally withdraws his fingers, picking up the metal speculum. Now she's getting an idea of how the rest of this experimentation might be. As Phoenix lets out a no, the doctor tells her si. He spreads her labia with one hand before slowly inserting the speculum into her.

The doctor pulls the lamp between her legs, turning on the bright light to get a better look inside. He finds his patient is self-lubricating when he goes to swab her. She didn’t even realize that she was getting turned on by his inspection! The speculum slides smoothly out when it’s removed, her secretions covering the bills of the speculum. The doctor opens more packets as he begins to swab her labia.

Pushing the water basin back into the table, he instructs Phoenix to get on her hands and knees. She knew something was up when he pulled out the thermometer, and she is not about what this doctor is trying to do to her. Doctor Tampa quickly reassures her that she will be fine, and Phoenix ultimately submits to his request. First, the vaginal thermometer is put in, then the anal. Phoenix has NEVER had thermometers placed in those areas before and squirms around the whole time. They finish their reading, and finally, the doctor pulls them out.

Phoenix is relieved to get that over with. As soon as the doctor is done, he has Pheonix flip back over, sitting up on the table. She has her legs tight together and her knees drawn to her chest, trying to anticipate what's coming next. The doctor puts on fresh gloves and busies himself behind her, just humming to himself. He turns his attention back to his subject and starts swabbing her butt cheek. Before she can even react, the doctor pulls out a syringe, injecting her in the lower back. She freaks out as he instructs her to lay down, putting her feet in the stirrups. 

As she loses control of her body, the doctor explains what will happen, pulling back the curtain in the middle of the room. She can barely control herself as she sees the big table with legs holders and straps. Drifting off, Doctor Tampa begins to caress her limp body, having a little fun, before he calls in to get her the orderlies to move her to the shower facility. The doctor tells them he will handle her preparations, as he wants to take a special interest in this one. 

Phoenix wakes up not knowing where she is and is tied to the ceiling. Is this a shower?! Doctor Tampa walks up to her in a blue suit, covered from head to toe, and tells her he is going to clean her up. She tries to move away but can only get so far. Realizing resistance is futile, she stands there as the doctor begins to wash her.
