Serena is just another prisoner in a for-profit detention facility who profits off more than just the taxpayers. They make a tidy profit each year selling inmate snacks and toiletries through prison commissary accounts. In the interest of their investors, the jail has also contracted with a medical research company to rent their inmates out for medical studies and research!

The private prison corporation is paid handsomely for allowing their inmates to participate in these experiments. The inmates are paid for their participation of course, through their commissary account. But thanks to the high markup of everything sold in the commissary, the company is actually paying these human guinea pigs nothing!

Serena doesn’t care though. Since going to prison, her parents have cut her off from their funds and all she eats is the daily garbage fed to all inmates. She wants money in her commissary account so she can enjoy a little taste of the outside world that continues to pass by each day as she sits in a cell.

Finding out she could earn money by becoming a human guinea pig, Serena decides to sign up hoping she will be testing cosmetics or something stupid easy. She could already taste the Ramen on her lips!

A few days later Serena is taken to a separate part of the prison she’s never been to before. It's much nicer than the rest of the prison and has a very medical and professional look. She is ushered back into one of the research laboratories by Doctor Tampa and Nurse Tenny Nene for her pre-research medical examination to see if she qualifies to become a human guinea pig.

Serena is shocked as she enters the exam room to find out everything will be recorded to document everything that takes place during every part of the research. Doctor Tampa and Nurse Nene are excited as they have been waiting to get their hands on a specimen just like Serena.
