Donna Leigh is an inmate at a for-profit prison, where to make extra money, they use prisoners for medical experiments. She had been brought in for the current research study, which involves testing various stimulation devices on the human guinea pigs. Donna tries to make friendly conversation with her captors but finds it only adds to her humiliation as they put a shock collar on her and make her strip.

Doctor Tampa orders her to strip as he snaps on his gloves as Donna removes her clothing before walking around and inspecting his new specimen. The nurse applies a shock collar for use should Donna get out of control.

He begins to perform a thorough examination, starting with her height and weight. They complete an eye exam and listen to her heart and lungs before performing multiple breast examinations with Donna in the standing position as well as laying back on the exam table. After they finish with her breasts, they brand her with a barcode tattoo that helps them keep track of their research subjects.

Doctor Tampa instructs the nurse to get their patients B.P. before announcing Donna will be now known as patient 132. The doctor performs an abdominal exam before having 132 assume and hold the “frog-leg” position. Nurse Rose administers an oral temperature while the doctor takes measurements of 132’s breasts and nipples pre-stimulation.
