After a long day at the mall, the beautiful Tiffany Haze is relaxing at home when she pulls out a flyer some cute guy handed her at the mall. She had folded it up and put it in her bra as she flirted with him and totally forgot it was there!

Tiffany arrives the next day for a physical before she can participate. The nurse gives her a stack of paperwork to fill out and sign, which Tiffany is rushed through as Nurse Frost takes Tiffany's B. pressure. There is so much paperwork Tiffany barely scans before signing each page. She just wants to get started helping the critters!

The nurse performs an eye exam and has Tiffany get onto the scale before pulling the curtain back that was previously hiding the exam table. Tiffany is shocked by the appearance of the stirrups on the table, feeling a little nervous about what will happen to her hot body. The nurse tells her to remove all of her clothing while she snaps on a pair of gloves. The nurse has Tiffany lay back on the exam table and slide to the end before washing Tiffany's vagina down before instructing her to wipe her vagina dry. She tells Tiffany she will return with the doctor.

Nurse Frost and Doctor Tampa return, and the doctor greets and shakes his naked patient's hand. He checks the paperwork and has her sign a few pages she missed before snapping on a pair of gloves and checking Tiffany's breasts. Tiffany insists she wants to do everything she can to help the critters, and the doctor claps in the enjoyment of this! After examining her breasts, he gives Tiffany an abdominal exam before yanking her down to the end of the exam table.

The doctor has left Tiffany lying on her back for her pelvic exam, so she can't see what's going on. She strains to see what he's preparing to do. The doctor prepares the lighted speculum as the nurse shoves the thermometer in her mouth. He wants to take a thorough, in-depth look inside their new captive patient (although she does not yet know she is their captive!)

Tiffany hasn't told them, but she is on her cycle! They'll soon find out if only they can find lubrication for the speculum! Tiffany gets very nervous at the sight of it and says it looks bigger than usual! The doctor begins examining her vagina and pulls back all of the folds, exposing her clit and leaving her hole gaped! 

He takes his time exploring the outside of Tiffany's beautiful vagina before putting his fingers inside for an internal examination, but not before asking the nurse to lube his fingers up! The doctor notes she is on her cycle cycle but that everything looked good and healthy. He swabs her vagina and performs a pap smear before declaring her a very fit specimen for testing. They have Tiffany change into a white shirt and white panties before they have her get into a wheelchair and wheel her off to the testing area!

As the doctor wheels Tiffany into the testing caging facility, she continues to express her excitement about being able to help the critters! That is until she sees an exam table on steroids with restraints and the most intimidating stirrups known to women-kind! Her attitude of helping the critters starts to waver...when the doctor says the restraints are for her safety, she reacts with fear that she will be restrained! The nurse informs the doctor they have left her charts on the other side of the building, so they must perform another gyno exam on her! Really? Do they need an excuse? She's already restrained!
