Fraternal twins Mia and Xander have arrived at Good Samaritan Health Laboratories to be used for experiments conducted on fraternal twins. Since the government had raised the age of being an adult to 21, many 18 to 21-year-old orphans have been left in legal limbo. Corporations lobbied the government to allow them to adopt these 18 to 21-year-olds, saying it would help the already burdened state budget! Unfortunately, they lobbied for nefarious reasons. Doctor Tampa and Doctor Aria Nicole are two twisted researchers at Good Samaritan Health Laboratories. They have requested twins for their twisted medical experiments and studies. Soon they'll be bringing these twins closer together than they have ever been before!

As they process their new human guinea pigs, the twins have to strip down to their birthday suits. The twins are made to undergo multiple examinations before the research begins on their helpless bodies. They both cum ultimately cum numerous times no matter how much they fight it!
